SHO MOKU SPA (尚沐) sits on Waterloo Road in Mong Kok, one of Hong Kong's busiest neighbourhoods. Inside, the pace drops: soft light, private rooms, freshly cleaned linen and towels — a deliberate contrast to the street outside.
Our therapists know their meridians and muscle anatomy. Before each session they ask where you are tired and how much pressure you like, then adjust as they go — whether it is a desk-bound neck, feet that have walked all day, or simply the need for a proper night's sleep.

Where is SHO MOKU SPA and how do I get there?
We are at G/F, A1, 57-59 Waterloo Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon — right next to McDonald's and about a five-minute walk from Mong Kok MTR station.
What are your opening hours?
Every day from 11:00 am to 1:00 am, including public holidays. Please check the last available slot with us on WhatsApp.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking via WhatsApp (+852 6996 0171) or the form on this page so we can hold your preferred time and therapist. Same-day bookings are welcome when we have availability.
Which massage should I choose for my first visit?
For tired feet after sightseeing, try foot reflexology. For a stiff neck, shoulders or back, choose meridian acupressure or Thai massage. To unwind and sleep better, aromatherapy or hot stone are lovely. Tell us how you feel and we will recommend.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit cards, Octopus, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
Do I need to tip?
Tipping is not expected in Hong Kong spas. If you would like to thank your therapist, it is always appreciated but entirely optional.
Can I have a massage if I am pregnant or have a health condition?
Please consult your doctor first and let us know when booking if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, a heart condition, a skin condition or a recent injury. Your therapist will adapt the treatment or pressure.
